Sponsorship Opportunities
Chapter Sponsorships
Platinum Level/$5,000
With a cash or in-kind donation of $5,000, sponsors will receive:
- Podium exposure (2 minutes maximum) - all chapter events
- 2 VIP event tickets - Six chapter events of your choosing throughout the year of sponsorship
- 2 membership distributions - Use of PRSA membership list (consistent with chapter standards communication/distribution standards)
- Literature distribution - all chapter events throughout the year of sponsorship
- Banner at event: Opportunity to hang organization’s banner at the event
- Web site logo/link (homepage) - 1 year
- Web site recognition /logo/link (Professional Resources page) - 1 year
- Company profile story in Newsflash newsletter - One-time distribution to 400 chapter members
- Logo recognition - all chapter events
Special Event Sponsorships
Individual sponsorship opportunities include Holiday Gala, Totems Awards & Gala, PR Career Jumpstart, Non-Profit Seminar and/or the half-day professional development seminar.
Platinum Level/$2,500
For a cash or in-kind donation, a sponsor will receive:
- Logo recognition - on all printed event materials for the single event
- 2 complimentary VIP event tickets (seated at head table) for the selected event
- Podium exposure (2 minutes maximum) for the selected event
- Literature distribution at event
- Web site logo/link (homepage) - 3 month duration, timed to advance promotion of sponsored program/event
- Web site recognition /logo/link (Professional Resources page) - 6 months following sponsored program/event
- Company profile story in Newsflash newsletter
- Banner at event: Opportunity to hang organization’s banner at the event
- Membership distribution - One optional electronic distribution to PRSA Puget Sound Chapter membership (consistent with chapter communication/distribution standards). Available 3 months prior or 3 after sponsored event
Gold Level/ $1,000
For a cash or in-kind donation, a sponsor will receive:
- Logo recognition - on all printed event materials for the event
- Podium exposure (1 minute maximum) at the selected event
- 1 VIP event ticket (seated at head table) for the selected event
- Literature distribution at event
- Web site recognition/logo/link
- Company mention in Newsflash newsletter
Silver Level/$500
For a cash or in-kind donation, a sponsor will receive:

For a cash or in-kind donation, a sponsor will receive:

Regular Program/Teleseminar Sponsorships
The PRSA Puget Sound Chapter presents regular monthly meetings and teleseminars for members throughout the year, both featuring topics related to the communications industry.
These events are typically attended by 30 to 50 mid- to executive-level communications, public relations and marketing professionals from Puget Sound’s largest public and private corporations, nonprofit organizations, government entities and agencies.
Annual Progam or Teleseminar Spotlight Sponsorship/$2,000
For a cash or in-kind donation, a sponsor will receive:
- Logo recognition - On all printed monthly meeting materials
- Chapter newsletter - Recognition in Newsflash each month
- Web site recognition
- 2 complimentary tickets to all regular meetings
- Podium Exposure (2 minutes maximum): Opportunity to make comments about sponsoring organization at all regular meetings
- Promo item display: Placement of promotional items at each seat at all regular meetings
- Banner at event: Opportunity to hang organization’s banner at all regular meetings
Single Event Sponsorship-Platinum Level/$250
For a cash or in-kind donation for a single event, a sponsor will receive:
- Logo recognition - on all printed event materials
- Chapter newsletter - Two-paragraph recognition story in Newsflash prior to the event
- Web site recognition - on event promotions
- 2 complimentary tickets to event
- Podium Exposure (2 minutes maximum): Opportunity to make comments about sponsoring organization at the event
- Promo item display: Placement of promotional items at each seat
- Banner at event: Opportunity to hang organization’s banner at the event
- Introductions/moderation: Opportunity to moderate discussion or introduce speakers/panelists (opportunities vary with events).
Single Event Sponsorship-Gold Level/$100
For a cash or in-kind donation a sponsor will receive:
- Chapter newsletter - Sponsor mention in Newsflash, distributed to more than 400 members and 300 other communication professionals event
- Verbal recognition by event MC at event
- Acknowledgement in printed promotional items for the event.
